Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon dispatch of the goods to your postal address.
If however, the goods are damaged or faulty when they are delivered to your postal address, please advise us, and return the damaged or faulty goods to Whakarewarewa Thermal Village Tours. Whakarewarewa Thermal Village Tours will consider whether to replace the goods or provide a refund to you.
If the goods fail to arrive at your postal address within a reasonable time following your order being placed, please notify us. We may replace the goods free of charge.
Whakarewarewa Thermal Village Tours will comply with its obligations pursuant to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If you change your mind regarding the purchase of goods after you have placed your order with us, please contact us as soon as possible to advise that you no longer require the goods.We will consider whether to substitute those goods ordered for other goods of the same or lesser value or to provide a refund to you. The decision shall be entirely ours, and we are not obliged to accept 'change of mind' returns.
If we decide to substitute the goods or provide a refund to you, we will notify you, and will require the goods to be returned to us in the same condition as when the goods were dispatched and within 5 days of those goods being delivered to your postal address.
Any postage and packaging charges on returned goods are non-refundable.

To be processed through our online shopping cart. Once transaction has been administered a prepaid voucher with all details pertaining to your reservation will be emailed to you.
Unless there is a prior agreement, a 25% deposit will be required at least 5 working days prior to your arrival for groups containing 40+ persons and groups requiring our Hangi Meals.
All reservations should be placed directly with Whakarewarewa Thermal Village Tours by phone, fax or email. Notice of 48 hours is required if a guided tour is requested. See deposit requirements for booking requiring hangi meals and large groups.
Should it be necessary to alter your reservation please inform Whakarewarewa Thermal Village Tours no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in additional costs to your company.
Notification of cancellations will need to be made at least 48 hours prior to confirmed date of booking. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking.
Geothermal activity can be unpredictable. Whakarewarewa Village Charitable Trust and its employees, servants and agents take all practicable steps to manage the hazards associated with geothermal activity. However, you must follow our instructions at all times and comply with our Health and Safety procedures. Parents, please ensure that your children do the same. To the extent permitted by law, any liability for damage to your property, disruption to travel plans, or personal injury is expressly excluded. This exclusion is subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993."
